Mya is now 22lbs. We thought she gained weight, but she didn't. She is talking a lot more now. It's mostly babble, but she's very talkative nonetheless! She now does the flying kiss and wink when she hears the words rather than imitating us. She is definitely developing fast. I can't believe she's going to be a 1 year old in about two weeks. My baby is growing up! She is also more daring when trying to walk, although she still hasn't walked more than 2 steps at a time.

On saturday we went to the xmas party with the guys in Sacramento. Mya had so much fun hanging out with Priscilla and Jiselle, and the rest of the guys. She opened up her first xmas present by herself...okay, sort of by herself. She got a very cute pink jean jacket and skirt from Priscilla and Ryan. They also gave her a birthday outfit. Her Ninang Jenn gave her a nice jacket and a Leapfrog Little Touch Learning Pad. It's so educational...i am lovin it. I looked through the Leapfrog website and am already interested in getting her some books in the near future...especially the Little Touch LeapPad 3 or 6 book Bundle which includes "Let's get busy baby" which teaches her different words. She's at the development stage where she learns a lot now.



Elijah gave her a very sexy Disney Princess camisole and underwear set. Hahah...it's really cute though.



On sunday, Kathleen, Alvin, Rich, and Vangie stopped by. It was the first time Kathleen has seen Mya in person. They gave her a GAP jacket for xmas. We all laughed because although it's 12-18 months, it barely fits her. She'll probably only wear it for another month. LOL. It's a really pretty jacket though. Vangie and Rich gave her a toy that she is just so obsessed with now. It's a sorter and she loves it!
